A masterwork by the eminent artist Hattori Tadasaburō. Bearing the Imperial Chrysanthemum Crest, this piece is believed to have been bestowed by His Imperial Majesty the Emperor during the Meiji era.
The composition depicts roses executed in the moriage (raised-relief) technique. A museum-quality work.
